It's Adult Learners Week and you are invited! Beer included!

On todays (30th August, 10am, PBAFM 89.7fm) Community Matters radio show we have Alison Davies from Burton and Morella Community Centres, as well as Annie Payne from The Mawson Centre.

This week we have a look at the Adult Learners Week events schedule for City of Salisbury as well as the numerous programs happening within it!

Annie Payne said "The South Australian 2010 Adult Learner's Week (1-8 September) is an opportunity to recognise, promote and advance all forms of adult and community learning.
We have many discussions about the programs such as Basic Internet Searching, U Brew IT (make your own beer!), Broadband for Seniors, Business Women's Network, and much much more".

One of the more innovative programs this year includes a session on brewing your own beer together with local business 'U Brew It'. Tastings included! Places are very limited.

With so much to see and do, you are never to old to learn something new.

So tune in to see what you can be a part of, as well as listen to some excellent music!
